Reminder Reiki Learning Day

Just a reminder that this Saturday is the level 2 learning day at the Cincinnati Yoga School (temple) should be a great day for training and sharing. Brandia and I will also do a special meditation to help you find your spirit guides.

Also I start a new yoga class on Thursday evenings at 7:30 It is called sunset salutations. It is a high energy class combining flow yoga and some yin yoga to cool off with. Remember most of the income from the yoga temple goes to support a school in India for the poor children there, so you can feel good about coming to class, besides the great workout you will recieve.
