The second chakra called the Svadhisthana Chakra or sacral chakra is located two fingers lower than the navel and is considered where our sensual energy, and interpersonal relationship energy lies. The stones that can be used are gold topaz, coral, or fire opal.
You can tell if your second chakra is out of balanced if you have little or no sexual drive, or you have too much sexual drive. Another sign might be if you are struggling in your personal relationships. Addictions also are a sign of an imbalanced second chakra. Not just drug or alcohol, but gambling, shopping, eating, and of course sex addictions.
Water is the element associated with the second chakra. Water is flowing as is feelings that come in and go and wash over us. This chakra is said to effect the sexual organs, reproductive systems, the kidney and bladder.
With a balanced sacral chakra you are balanced in your relationships. Life is all about relationships so you are generally happy, your creative juices flow, and you have control of your sexual energy.
